The website is a personal, non-commercial artistic project.

If you subscribe to Signals from the Machine (my newsletter) via Squarespace Email Campaigns, I collect your email address and, optionally, your name.
This information is used only to send you updates, new artworks, or information about upcoming events and limited releases.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email.
Data processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(a)).

c) Contact via Email or Social Media

If you contact me directly (for example through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok), any personal data you voluntarily share will be used only to respond to your message.

d) Future Online Shop (Limited Editions)

If limited artworks, prints, or clothing become available, any personal data collected for purchasing (such as billing or shipping information) will be used only for order fulfillment and bookkeeping purposes, in compliance with GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b) and German tax regulations.
